Selah Israel, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Twelve Royal Gems: Women’s Mental Health, a telehealth practice focused on providing trauma-informed, identity-affirming care for women and girls across the lifespan.
With a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach, Selah supports clients in exploring early life experiences, processing unresolved emotional distress, and building psychological resilience. Her clinical work draws on evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-focused interventions.
Selah has extensive experience working with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational stress, self-esteem concerns, and the lasting impacts of developmental and interpersonal trauma. She is especially attuned to the nuanced emotional needs of women navigating intergenerational dynamics, and identity development.
In addition to her clinical work, Selah is the author of Petals of the Past: A Guided Journal for Emotional Healing and Psychological Resilience, a therapeutic resource designed to support reflective writing and emotional healing beyond the therapy space.
